Growing consumer demand for responsible seafood products with real source verification is driving a new global seafood market.

Shellcatch was the first of its kind in Latin-America to pilot different sales channel strategies that aim to captures the rising demand for fresh seafood products in the region. The work aims at making a completely unorganized market more efficient, direct while bringing fair prices to fishermen and verifying responsible fishing practices to end consumers.
